Inferring from “can now drop the items” as now you can just get them there; hence the question.
Yeah, you can get them there if you fulfill all the requirements which still exist…

Context matters. That post is from 2017 and was made because the fury items were unobtainable as they weren’t dropping, regardless of reputation.
