"Hidden Enemies" quest not available to boosted toons?

I am unable to take the quest “Hidden Enemies” from Thrall in Orgrimmar on my boosted character. It simply doesn’t show up, despite Questie (and my own knowledge) knowing it should be there. This quest, in addition to the quests it leads in to, provide over 1k reputation and are now unable to be completed. When I run the quest completion flag script, it states it is false. This same thing happens on my wife’s boosted character, and when I take the quest on a non-boosted character and try to share it to her, it states she is not eligible for it.

Any thoughts?

Still not working for my 80 mage who is boosted. I have reported this twice and I am able to get them acknowledge that it is bugged. But they are unable to help me in any way to fix it. They will also not auto complete the first part to get the chain started.

Just ran into this on a boosted Blood Elf hunter (level 80.)

Edit: To clarify, this is in Wrath Classic.

Also ran into this. I tried putting in a ticket, but the GM was unable to trigger it for me like @Thewowkiller said.

Snippet of GM response:

“Although we would love to resolve this issue for you on our end in Customer Service, the complexity of the issue means that we do not have a way to do so. However, please know that I am here to support you in any way I can. I will gather all available information and send it up to our Quality Assurance team for investigation on your behalf, so they can work with the Development team to get it fixed up as quickly as possible.” RIP Loremaster achievement.
