I have had the base forms unlocked for a long, long time for both Moonspirit and Guardian of the Glade. Both of the 30 dungeon achievement forms have remained unobtainable to me, despite the fact I have completed well over 30 dungeons across many difficulties on this character since I unlocked the base form.
I have tried many ways to fix this, including deleting and restoring my character, doing several more dungeons and relogging, so on, so forth. I am completely stuck and have unlocked all hidden appearances/forms EXCEPT the ones unlocked by the dungeon achievement.
I have bug reported this many times, I have made support tickets and got nowhere (other than redirected here), and I am hoping this bug is examined and hopefully fixed sometime in the future.
I also notice when I take my artifact to the Dreamgrove, it seems to not remember any progress I have made on my artifacts, and acts as if I have not unlocked any alternate appearances from ANY form, despite having a majority of the forms unlocked.
If there are any known fixes I have simply not found, sharing solutions would be great. Thank you.
