if you don’t have game time, you can only post in support forums.
if you’ve recently added game time, it can take a while for the forum to recognize that the account is active.
If you’ve recently added gametime, then try logging out and back into the forums. That might make the system recognize that you’ve added gametime quicker, which should grant you access to the rest of the forums.
