The classes aren’t fun at all with all the pruning of spells, I dislike how enhancement turned into a resource building class and miss just being able to press stormstrike or lava lash etc on cooldown and dislike how casting one purge takes 35% of your total mana. I miss pvp vendors and actually doing damage in battlegrounds, I miss alot of how classes were fun espically pvp in MoP. But I’m still going to play WoW because I have no friends or social life so, im stuck with WoW :confused: .

Make an alt, I had fun gearing this toon in 3 weeks. :slight_smile:

Collect all the heritage armor like me, had a blast leveling 6 chars again.

It’s the plank truth that sometimes people get board with the game. I woodn’t want to claim I saw otherwise here. Someone nailed it when they said time breaks can be good, splintering your time, or just lumbering away for a while.

Your not stuck with Wow. Come to FF14 with the rest of us Wow refugees, and finally play a game truly worth playing.

I’d aactually play FFXIV if healing were half as fun in WoW, but unfortunately the healing paradigm in XIV is such that one ogcd every 10 seconds can keep a party alive, so all you have left to do is dps instead of healing

Alts. Then farm gear for them.

Farm transmog, mounts, pets.

Whenever I hit a wall I just do one of those things, or all.

Try picking up some other games.

There’s some good F2P ones out there. Most of the competitive ones. League, Dota, Paladins, etc.

Could try Warframe as well. Free to play, pretty grindy but fun, anything that can be bought can be earned through gameplay. They have a good model set up.

WoW in its current state and design direction is better in small doses, at the expense of players who want longer play sessions.

(Meaningful play sessions, not the artificially longer sessions Blizzard is putting on us.)

I would like to fully second this opinion.

OP, you said you’re stuck with WoW. You shouldn’t have to be. Go play other games :slight_smile: Even a few week’s of something different might give you a fresh feeling when playing WoW again.

Not everyone has played this game for 14 years. And I’m sure many would still be playing if the direction wasn’t turned into a childs play house.

Try FFXIV if you want a real MMO rotation, you got stance dancing, invoking seal (like DOTA invoker), position based attack, party wide finishers and stuff like that.

WOW classes are so simple, most of them consists of like 3 button rotation, its like FFXIV-lite.
