Find Velen outside of Stormwind Keep. He gives you the quest.

Not Velen. Some other lady. But she’ll have a pink triangle quest marker as long as you’re logged on a level 70 character.

no but one of the people who can port you to him is, they give a one time portal crystal that…kinda falls apart after one use. I’d advise anyone who does the eredar quest chain to have at least done enough legion to get to argus otherwise you’ll need to use a hearthstone to get home afterwards.

Hi! Do I need to do this on my Draenei or can I use a different level 70 who is not a draenei?
Edit: Yes, on level 70 night elf, just got the first quest from Virtos about 40 yards to the west of the doorway to get into the Stormwind Keep!
I was about to say! No, you can do it on any level 70 character.
I’d recommend doing it on whichever one has old Argus currency built up on it if possible (Veiled Argunite) so that they’re better positioned to buy the BOA cosmetic transmog and toy items that a vendor will have in the Kro’kul camp after the questline is done!
