It’s a removable buff. Right-mouse-button click on the buff in your buff bar.

I just put the chef hat on. I put my mouse cursor over the hat buff, in the upper right of my screen by my mini map, where my other buffs are. I pushed the right mouse button, and it went away.
Standard answers will be to:
-disable addons
-delete the WTF/Cache folders
If you still can’t right click the buff off, you may have found a bug and should submit it via the Bug forums or a bug ticket in game.
Thanks man .Got it fixed , after awhile the buff reappeared seems like my wow files got corrupted as it happens often now .Thanks again for ur kindness and for your time
