Hi looking to get some insight on the best way to approach the enhance rotation for PvP and PvE as well.

For Pve i would recommend watching Waves 8.3 enh guide on youtube.
For pvp, the rotation is pretty much the same.

id advise any other class if your doing serious content.
Mash the poop out of your Stormstrike key.
My actual advice is to move your key bind for this ability around periodically to avoid wearing that keyboard key out.

hmmm i actually put all my spam abilities on the same E key for all my characters, its just a natural feeling spam key.

Back in TBC I used Q for spam abilities, like Lightning Bolt for Elemental (the only thing you used to cast in a raid).
Spamming it so much made me feel like I was QQing. 
Enh PvE in a nutshell
Flametongue > Rockbiter > Frostbrand > cds > Spam stormstrike for the rest of the fight > Lava Lash/Refresh FT/FB during Stormstrike spam downtime.
why so you can try and trash people?
any other melee class is better then an enhancement shamans and 80% of ranged classes are better then ele.also most healers are better then resto.
shamans are about the middle of the pact to worst class in wow.
