Hi, Could we please get some more Druid forms?

Wish people felt this way about ghost wolf.

And I wish all options for it were options for feral spirits, too.

Druid’s are getting those tints too. They just can’t used em in combat. The animal forms are on top of the same sets all the different classes get. I like Druid forms too, in fact that blue owl is one of my favourites, but it would be neat for other classes to get things unique to their class too.

For example, Shaman Ghost Wolf forms, more pet choices for classes other than hunter, a single glyph for Evokers (who also can’t make use of their class sets in combat).

and Boomie. I mean, if you look at the options we have, it’s a fat chicken or a transparent ghost with some glitter around it. And that is all.

One new form for each with different colors is not too much to ask.

Like you said, they make new weapons every patch and they also make new animals, new questing armor sets, etc.

Valid point, but my counterargument is: every other class gets new shinies every single patch. Amirdrassil patch being a concession to druids does not mean we got special treatment. It means we finally got something–anything–which hadn’t happened since the Ardenweald forms of Shadowlands.

How many new weapon models and mounts and armor sets have you had access to since Shadowlands? More than one? Yep. Druids don’t use mounts. Our weapons are not visible. Our mog doesn’t get seen very often. Our forms are pretty much it. That is our customization.

It’s not unreasonable for druids to want a new themed form set for each patch, especially since most of it will be based on models they already created for animal mobs in the various new zones and easy to color with different skins.

I feel that way about ghost wolf too, for what it’s worth.

If nothing else there’s no reason shamans shouldn’t be able to pick any of the Ardenweald spirits as a ghost wolf. It’s a no-brainer hoenstly.

Right but that’s kind of the point. You spend most of your game time in combat, so druids spend most of their time not seeing those mogs.

I get what you are saying, but I main Evoker. Arguably we have just as little choice. Also, Druids can use mounts. I switch between mounts and travel form depending on what I feel like using that day on both my Druid and my Evoker. Nothing is stopping Druids from using mounts.

Could be nice. Everybody needs more customization. I hate it. We get toys, mounts, mogs, every month in trading post but nooooo.

We can’t get “nail color” options. Or jewelry. Or hair cuts. Even colors… lip colors? Hair colors? Scars. Glitter?

Why not :disappointed:

Things any race could use to have fun!

I do. It’s ridiculous that there are so few options. I’m a scribe in the game, and form changes have traditionally/historically been tied to glyphs, so I watch things like that and have always felt Ghost Wolf deserved more attention.

There should be a different ghost wolf form based on each race that can shaman, and there should be vanity forms made available for ghost wolf to fit themes of expansions. There should be a lot more.

Yeh, you do spend a lot of time in combat. And I am saying from a fellow class that basically gets shafted mog wise in combat, that I would love to see cool unique things for other classes besides just transmogs.

And yeh, I agree they Shamans should have just been able to use Soulshape as their wolf forms. I was still surprised they never allowed that.

Well, neither do Dracthyr but here we are.

My main alt is an Augment Evoker. My huband joked, “You’ll do anything to avoid using a mount, won’t you?”

Ha ha. I guess I just like the shape shifters in WoW.

Anyway, I get that we can use all of those things, but it just seems like there is a huge disparity in the effort given to customizations and new appearances for literally everyone except “forms.”

When we got that vulpine glyph from Ardenweald for Ghost Wolf in SL, I thought they were going to do that! I really naively thought we’d get a succession of soul shape options for Ghost Wolf glyphs, but the fox was the only one we ever got.

Didn’t they get a raptor ghost form as a glyph?

If they did, I missed it. Entirely possible.

Okay, so I looked it up on wowhead, and yes there is a glyph called the spectral raptor. I must have missed that one.

Heh, I am the same way. I prefer being the mount, 100 percent. I occasionally use others, sure, but nothing like flying with your own wings.

Heh, though I still love collecting all the different mounts, though.

Druids get it even better. Their flying forms are really neat. Lots of choices, and the ability to interact without being dismounted. I still love the blue owl we got last expansion. Was an instant favourite for me.

My hunter has one of those owls. I’m going to continue blowing up if they take the abilities away from summoning them.

give us demon form customization at all before you give these furcon attendees anything

First i was gonna be like we kinda got that in Legion but then…

that would be a pretty cool addition

Also return Claws of Shirvallah! :black_cat: :cat2:

I feel like they will sneak this one in or it’ll be on 12.0 launch.

That’s exactly the precise point.

Druids are just asking for some equality. Like other poster said, non-druids usually think that a new form is a HUGE thing, but for us is the bare minimum.

So, we got a few forms at once in the DRUID PATCH… now, that was an special event, much like Undermine(d) caters to goblin players adding a lot of things with their whimiscal aesthetics.

Getting one single new form every major patch is not a special event.

And for the Ghost Wolf, indeed I do think it should have way more, especially considering that there are many ghostly animals available from Ardenweald.

So are you asking for more forms, or more skins?

That seems more like just an extra appearance rather than a different form.
