This thread has less to do about the DR’s and camping and more about the unsolicited changes resulting in negative consequences.

I approve of the change. Anything to encourage PvP on a PvP server is a welcome change!
I’m leaving this toon 59 on the forum as long as possible. It really seems to bother morons.
I actually do PvP in battle grounds. I don’t cheat my way through!

I’ve seen this song and dance before kiddo. You bore me. I have no interest in listening to someone who thinks that joining AV sub 60 isn’t honor leeching and actually believes they are participating in PVP.

I’ve made a similar suggestion to others: If you want big numbers with little effort, play Candy Crush.
Same! I got ganked all the way to 60, just for WPvP to die the second I hit it. Feels like I wasted my time. 
I’m ready for azeroth to turn into a battlefield again.

Sadly nothing in those patch notes will actually encourage more wpvp.

Funny, the patch hit and the forums are starting to fill up with posts about a giant uptick in corpse camping again out in the world.
Man, it’s like no one could of possibly seen this coming. Such random and unexpected behavior.

Maybe there is something to the idea of letting the community vote on what changes to make?
Nah who am I kidding, we would have LFG, flying mounts and pet battles the very next day.
