I’ve never seen Nozdormu hovering above a dragon graveyard, although I’ve seen the timelord dragonkin there before, it’s just northwest of the Wintergard Keep flightpoint in Dragonblight, Northrend outside of Naxxramus

Is it a subliminal: “it’s only a matter of time before he - Galakrond - is ressurected” ?

He has done that ever since they opened Caverns of Time. There is a quest in Dragonblight that has you fight him. You may notice that the area he flies over is the same area you fight him in during Caverns of Time.

There’s a chromie quest in wrath to discern the leader of the infinite dragon flight and at the end it show norzdormu which confuses chromie but is just actually foreshadowing
