I haven’t taken Ascendance since it became a talent purely because it looks awful.

If they at least change Enh back to Lightning instead of wind, it’d go a long way to looking cooler. Still a cataclysm model with animations to match, but at least we’d look like Palpatine going Unlimited Power.
Why can’t we have a glyph that Ascendence turns us into forms of the Elemental Lords, since we basically ask them to grant us power.
Rest/Water - Neptulon
Ele/Fire - Smolderon
Enhance/Wind&Lightning - Thunderaan

Ascendence form has got to go ! i love that idea but I’d even take just glowing blue or red (instead of purple like a SP) over this.
a simple re-skin would make it better.
It’s been weird for a very long time now that an ability themed as achieving the absolute pinnacle of shamanism uses a model based on the insane gibbering lunatics of a doomsday cult we wiped out almost a decade ago.
Unless we’re supposed to understand that the Twilight’s Hammer really were right all along, this model should have been changed - or at minimum been given some freakin’ glyph options - ages ago.
For flip’s sake, it still doesn’t even have a female version.
