I’d like a transmog of a backpack with some totems sticking out. I want to know where my Shaman keeps her totems. She seems to summon it out of thin air.

Gee,

Boy is this a great idea! You know what, this would be great in the Blizzard Store :).
I’ll be sure to let our Team know about this guys! It’s important to us that you get
what you as the players deserve, some of you might go broke buying our bags with IRL money.

But that is a risk, we’re willing to take. <3 For you, the PLAYERS!

Nah he’s fine. You’re taking it way too personally. As they said, it’s cosmetic and it should have a toggle to turn off.

After reading all the posts in this thread, can I say “Wow!” ?

'cause I’m saying Wow!

I really want backpacks in the game now. My survival hunter needs one stat.

I mean, it honestly can’t be THAT hard to edit, i would imagine it would be a UI texture and a variable change at worst case scenario. And that’s only just fooling around few hours with Notepad++ while modding video games from time to time.

I’l freely admit i know barely anything about Game Development and often times that Modding and Game Developing are two different creatures to tackle, unless the code language for the scripts is more or less the same.

Backpacks would be awesome.
I love having them on Skyrim and fallout 4. I always grab a mod to add them.

Is it common that people that want to restrict things other people want, play horde.

a backpack, rings trinkets, necklaces are all things that would be awesome as transmog options to be added in the game

Agreed. I’m not always fond of having a cape, for my paladin, I’d quite like a tome/libram to hang at my hip.
There’s lots of cool little cosmetic items that could be added to dress up your character. I’ve liked how they’ve added things like a little gold pouch to belts.

Maybe there could be a few cosmetic item slots for things like these.

You… you do know what 2-factor authentication is, right?

No. Now give my backpack and other accessories.

But even with that backpack comment, it’s still not something that’s variable. they just found a way to hard-code in an addition 4 slots. That backpack still isn’t removable/swappable, which was linked to how it was coded =[

BACKPACKS! YEAH!

Backpieces would be amazing to have as transmog to replace capes. I don’t know why Blizzard removed quivers from Hunters when they already had that implemented in Vanilla.

While we’re at it… what about having a mage, healer, warlock (any caster) actually wield their weapon while channeling skills?

I’d like to suggest adding in some transmog outfits such as pocketed vests for adventurers, scroll-stuffed satchels for scholars and tome-toting travel bags for our trades. Simple yet worldly gear such as profession-pouched belts and backpacks. And hats! I think lots of players would have fun collecting and crafting these clothes, and I think the WoW community would love a wardrobe of civilian, profession and explorer gear to dawn when relaxing from honing skills and saving worlds. I have been playing for many years and have witnessed longed-for additions such as pocketed and pouched belts, which I love and are fantastic! Thank you and keep them coming!

Thank you for reading! Be quick, be clever! Peace all
