What do you guys think about hex instant casting with MW? I think the duration could be cut in half, but it would be a nice instant cc when our other CC’s take time to land such as stun totem, or they prevent us from using other abilities, like lightning lasso. I think it would be nice to give other players something to fear about shamans haha
I’m for it. Hard to get off a hex as enhance without getting insta-kicked by other melee, mages or hunters since it’s our only hard cast.
Still need to build and spend those stacks on cc rather than healing or damage so I think it’s a fair trade off and far from OP.
I don’t see why not or at least have it reduce the cast time like feral and boomy druids have. They can also spam clone we can’t spam hex…
Dont cut duration in half considering how weak hex is in comparisson to other cc since you can move while in it and just walk into an aoe on the ground to remove it lol

It’s only 6 sec incap as is and requires 2 talent points for a 15 sec CD.
Maybe talent option for instant cast w/longer CD?
e.g., first talent point = 30 sec hex cd, 2nd talent point = either 15 sec CD cast or 45 sec CD instant
Also, what about putting wind shear back to 3 sec lockout? 2 is so short. 50% nerf from 3 sec.

Just take the precog embellishment if you’re struggling to get hexes off.
As a general rule of enh pvp you don’t try hex unless you can, ie you have grounding up and enemy kicks are down.
If you don’t want to precog, grounding for casters and static for melee kicks makes it pretty easy.
