I mostly pvp, and do a lot of SS. I like pres in theory but it seems pretty rough in pvp, especially arenas. I want to try to make it work, but I’m no rank 1 player. I’m happy to hit 2k in a season. I’m sure if I invest a ton of time, I could do better with it but it seems like I could play pretty much anything else and have an easier time. Is it worth it? Does it reward the time investment as you climb or is it just a handicap? I’d appreciate any advice.
If you’re playing for rating you’re never going to have fun in the game since FOTM rerolling for what’s easiest to brag about CR with is soulless.
Play what’s fun for you class wise and get good at it. You’ll have a better time.
Pres is super fun, but super frustrating.
One of those times where playing a fun healer won’t always net you the best results
I had fun with pres in S1. First time I enjoyed so much healing in wow and both pvp and pve.
I think it’s a solid class healing wise. Blizz developped it with the healing spec in mind, pretty sure.
Only reason I dont main it is I like different roles, and tank always been my fav.
I play all 3 specs, but healing as any spec in shuffles is the equivalent of banging your head on the wall.
Preservation is a healer spec that I can tunnel into the ground solo so I am not sure how well it does in shuffle.
