Im leveling a new toon on the alliance side. I wanted to level in the Twilight highland but when ever I try to turn this quest in, Anduin is not there, just Turalyon. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes! I just ran into this too. I put in a bug report and a ticket. We shall see. Were you able to find a fix for it?

I found one this morning. This was posted on another thread and it worked for me. Go back to Chromie and have her return you to the present timeline. Then you go back to Stormwind Keep and speak with Admiral Jes’terith to pick up Twilight Shores. Then have Chromie send you back to Cata and head down to the docks. You’ll be able to continue from there.
