And yes I know there are challenge modes but heroics in MoP even back in OG were insanely easy even when people were fresh 90.
Simply put mechanics don’t do enough damage and some tanks just make taking damage almost non existent like Brewmaster Monks.
I’m not saying to buff it to make them ‘hard’ but buffing them to where people can’t just afk in most mechanics would make it a tiny bit more fun I guess.
Even ran with a tank that actually leveled to 90 and had awful gear and still he took virtually zero damage which says something.

I did a little bit of solo testing as Brewmaster yesterday, and I don’t think it’s a matter of “they’re too easy” (I mean, they are easy, just not too easy) and more that things are a bit improperly balanced. Depending on the mobs, some trash packs I could basically afk, while others were nuking me so hard they were straight impossible
Some standout ones were the flaming hozen near the start of Stormstout Brewery, though those are kind of supposed to do that, and the trash before the 3rd boss of Temple of the Jade Serpent, and the tiny sha on the way to the library boss, seemingly doing truckloads of damage for absolutely no reason. The tiny sha in the library were manageable solo (I got walled at the boss because I ended up getting the 5 suns and that was too much damage to handle solo) but in a group test on normal at 85, the trash before the 3rd boss flattened us in seconds
What do you plan to achieve out of heroics that you cant achieve out of challenge modes? Unless your goal is to make something harder for the sake of making it harder, then this is a non issue. Heroics will not be relevant for long and MoP heroics were never actually difficult to begin with.
what they SHOULD do is protocol heroics for phase 1 or an actual M+ with scaling keys and rewards. that would be amazing.
I hope they keep all of that stuff out of MoP

The dungeon difficulty is probably fine where it is because there is likely going to be new versions of the dungeon difficulty added like in other versions of Classic.
No reason to buff heroic dungeons. They were never supposed to be hard in any way, even confirmed by Ghostcrawler back then. In Mists of Pandaria, their idea was:
- “normal dungeons” → levelling
- “heroic dungeons” → entry level
- “challenge mode dungeons” → end game
The kept that system up until current retail, just replaced CM with M+.
Nope. MoP has CM for fun and challenging 5m content and LFR for gear catchup. There is 0 reasons for the classic dev team to waste resources into that.
