Hello, not sure where to find this information but what level keys reward the heroic/mythic mogs? I suspect you can’t just run the easy ones and upgrade the gear with valor stones and eventually unlock the heroic/mythic mogs? Thank you
There is no such thing with M+. All gear is the exact same.
Heroic dungeon mog is from HEROIC difficulty, not MYTHIC PLUS. M+ can only reward MYTHIC mog, hence the name MYTHIC PLUS.
If you mean to catalyze the gear into raid mog, then Champion max rank is HERO mog, and HERO max rank is MYTHIC mog. HERO base level is HEROIC, and MYTH base level is MYTHIC.

You need I’ll 623+ for the item to take on the mythic appearance
Heroic goes to 619 and I’m not entirely sure where it starts tbh

I’m covering all my bases because the original question is about keys, and keys do not give different mog, only catalyst/raid.

7s or higher drop hero track. You need the item to be 623 5/6 hero or 1/6 myth to convert to the mythic tier colour.

Yeah I mean I guess im wondering if I can just run M0, get a helm (as an example) from the vault, catalyst upgrade it to tier, and collect the heroic/mythic mogs.

No. There are different tracks for upgrades.
You would get Veteran and Champion color sets.
To farm heroic and mythic appearance your best bet would be 7s and some 8s sprinkled in
They drop hero track which will give the heroic raid appearance and can be upgraded to 623 (which will need 15 gilded crests) to then give the mythic appearance as well
