During the fight with Jin’do the Godbreaker, Last boss in Zul’Gurub, tested on heroic mode. You’re supposed to be able to see the Gurubashi Spirit Warriors while inside the Spirit Realm for the 2nd half of the fight with the Spirit of Hakkar after you defeat Jin’do in the first phase. What actually happens is a never-ending gauntlet with shade adds and you’re unable to actually complete this boss. Clearly bugged, tried for 20 minutes, even tried to bring Gurubashi Spirit Warriors with me to pull Jin’do, and they merely reset the second you are transported to the spirit realm.

I just tried to solo this boss, and none of the trolls for the body slam are spawning.

Just did this on heroic and somehow a warrior spawned on the left platform facing the boss.
Have been trying to repeat it because rogue wants the dagger xmog.
Sometimes the warrior spawns and sometimes not.
Unable to determine why.
I only kill the first 2 bosses then head to Jin’do everytime.
Have been killing everything I meet until Jin’do.
Was wondering if anyone else has had the warriors spawn or if my one time having them spawn was an outlier.
Update: Have confirmed.
You MUST kill the 4 warriors on the 4 platforms around Jin’do before attacking him.
The warriors spawn everytime.

You need to kill them before you pull Jin’do. Killing them prior is what spawns their spirits in the spirit realm for phase 2 of the encounter.

This is what u need to do… U pull the big guys once in the spiritual realm (no not hit or kill them) and bring them to the chains that pull from the boss they will smash them for u and once u break the chains u kill the boss and that’s it.

you have to kill the warrior and when you go into the 2 phase they show up as the dead spirits that you killed and then you can pull them up to let them beat up the chains. i just figured this out after a month of trying omg. smh lol. GL happying hunting

It’s not bugged, you just need to kill the four spirit warriors BEFORE you start the fight, and their spirits spawn 100% of the time.
yes but if you don’t, there’s no way to reset the boss. You can’t leave the instance since the doors are closed, and you can’t hearth out since you get periodic damage that interrupts your hearth. Can’t logout or exit the game either, you get an error message. When I alt tabbed and closed the program, still logged back into the boss fight. I’d say that’s a pretty big bug if I can’t even leave the thing I can’t complete.

The doors are closed yes, but I managed to hearth out when I was doing the set up for the recently added returning stuff to ZG.
Depending on your level, the periodic damage will miss most of the time.

I didnt know any of this either, just looked it up tonight. Did it when it was current but always killed everything leading up to him and on the platform so had no idea they wouldnt spawn if i didnt.
However you can drown yourself in the water near his platform and it’ll reset.

Not being familiar with mechanics should prevent you from completing the encounter. It shouldn’t prevent you from doing absolutely everything else in the game lol sounds like you coded this garbage if you’re defending it

I’m level 70, it didn’t miss 
I was finally able to get out of the instance: I logged an alt and also used the character stuck service. One or both of those things took me out of the encounter; I’m guessing it was logging the alt cuz I later got an error message from the character stuck service saying failed to process.
Fix your game BLIZZARD what am I paying for???

lol this is still a thing. Got stuck doing this and had to hearth out. It is just a game mechanic that never got updated so it just gets stuck sometimes
Literally only taking 9 damage everytime I try to hearth out as well. So funny. Best way is to drown yourself in the water.
