Is the loot from m+ for heroic week (week of July 9th) going to be capped at ilvl 415 (+5) like it was last season, then move to ilvl 430 on mythic week (July 16)? Or will it drop 430’s in +10’s or higher on the 9th?
base ilvl should go up that week but there will be a cap the first week yes

Wowhead does not cover if the loot will be locked to a +5, if someone has a blue post that confirms if loot is locked or not that would be great because I am trying to find out what day I can start farming 430’s.

Season 2 page, same as season 1, and presumably the same as season 3. There isn’t any blue confirmation, but given the consistency between the last two seasons you may as well expect the same with regards to item level caps.
