Limit Break Gaming is a freshly rebooted Horde guild (15+ yrs old) located on the NA Zul’jin server! We are recruiting afew more veteran players who are looking to not only find a new home in The War Within, but also raid in a laid-back environment, where abundant commonality amongst veteran players is evident in all that we do!
The guild and raid team leadership boasts seasoned players that bring ample experience to the table, & important core values needed to sustain a thriving environment. The raid team hosts players that have collectively played every race & class in the game through various end game content over the years. Successful Top-10 raiding marks (both the 9th & 10th ranked progression teams during Mists of Pandaria), & 2K-rated Arena Teams (during WotLK & Cataclysm) are just some of the highlights of the guild’s rich past. After a dormant period spanning from Warlords of Draenor (probably the least successful expansion ever released) until Dragonflight, the new leadership team is now ready to help grow yet another successful raid team & invest in a thriving new guild community!
Having started relatively late in the tier, & spending time in LFR, Normal mode, & Mythic+ key dungeons first, current heroic progression is working on 7/8, after only 2 weeks of raiding together as a team! With success on hand now, and the sky as the limit, the team is looking to grow its roster from 10 (in a 2/2/6 setup) to 14 (in a 2/3/9 setup), allowing for more class diversity, scheduling flexibility, and a step in the direction of preparation for Mythic raiding (which will likely not happen until next raid tier).
Ideally, all applicants for the raid team are asked to be above iLvL 600 if possible, with the current team average sitting at/around iLvL 615. Current raid experience and/or parses are not a necessity, but the right attitude & deep knowledge about one’s class is an absolute must! Recruiting is focused on picking up 1 more Ranged DPS (specifically a Balance Druid). We are also looking for the ability to Offspec Guardian on as as-needed basis, just to help in a pinch (if the Maintank or Offtank are absent).
Raids are hosted in the guild Discord server, on Tuesday & Thursday evenings, from 10:00pm EST to 1:00am EST. Everyone is asked to please attend with a microphone and a headset ready. Raid repairs and some consumable buffs are provided, though it is each raider’s responsibility to have flasks, potions, & mana oils on them, as needed for raid nights.
