Looking for a focused yet fun raiding environment? Decisive Gamers is recruiting players who are serious about progression, committed to self-improvement, and ready to enjoy the journey of raiding together.
Raid Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 8 pm - 11 pm ET
90% or better raid attendance required
Guild raid rules:
• Don’t be a douche.
• Don’t backseat raid lead. We appreciate advice and suggestions, when solicited.
• Discord with a working mic.
• Class-specific addons and thorough knowledge of your class/spec.
• Willingness to ask for help and improve where necessary.
Heroic AOTC Focus:
We aim to achieve Ahead of the Curve (AOTC) through Heroic raiding. While maintaining a relaxed atmosphere, we expect you to be prepared and focused for more demanding content.
Heroic raiders are expected to:
• Come fully prepared with consumables, enchants, and boss knowledge.
• Regularly use tools like Warcraft Logs and WoWAnalyzer to improve performance.
• Participate in Mythic+ keys (at or over +5) and dailies to stay geared.
Heroic Performance Requirements:
(These targets are subject to change weekly as content scales, so stay ready!)
•Minimum gear score (GS) of 610.
•Minimum single-target DPS of 650k.
There may be fights where we may ask some members to sit for a variety of reasons (ie: performance, raid comp, etc). However those raiders who are dedicated we will ensure that you do get the AOTC designation if you are committed to raiding with us.

Tank:

- Priority on Druid and Evoker, but all are welcome to apply.
DPS (Any Number):
- High Priority: Warlock, Druid, Demon Hunter, Evoker
- Medium Priority: Warrior, Rogue, Monk
- Low Priority: Paladin, Hunter, Priest, Shaman, Mage, Death Knight
