As of January and continuing today, Yor is still broken in Mana Tombs.
The Stasis Chamber that is required to unlock to spawn Yor only spawns in NORMAL mode and not HEROIC.
Yor is a HEROIC ONLY boss and therefore drops no loot on Normal, meaning YOU CANNOT OBTAIN ANY TRANSMOG ITEMS FROM YOR CURRENTLY.
