On Heroic, Lihuvim is generating too many creation sparks. For a 10 man raid he is creating 4 creation sparks right off the bat. all other bosses generate 1-2 creation sparks.

We had 6 on a couple of our pulls. It is awful.
its still happening 4 sparks on a 12 man group is just impossible…
I confirm. 4 sparks in a 13 man group. in a terrible timing btw.

Had this problem as well: every other H boss had 2, and in later phases he went down to 2. But for the opening phase it was 3,4 and one time even 5 when running a 10 man.
Happening for us as well, 10 player raid getting 4 debuffs at once only on Lihuvim.
