Are recipes that only drop from the 4, not in season, WW dungeons (on heroic or higher) just not available now and wont be until next season? You can’t queue oir walk into heroics for these. IF so that seems like a gross oversight

They should all drop on normal difficulty, as well. If you look at the wowhead page for the recipes, they now note 72-82 elite for the boss they drop from instead of heroic like a handful did previously. For the authority enchant, there are reports in the comments of it dropping in normal and follower dungeon. If the boss isn’t lootable, but has a chest you loot, if you look at the normal versions of the loot chest on wowhead, it lists the recipes there. I think they just have an extremely low drop rate.

I can confirm that these drop on follower dungeon difficulty. The drop chance is extremely low.
I ran priory somewhere around 100 times on follower and saw exactly one drop of a recipe (and it wasn’t the one I was looking for).
However, since then they have added a chance for all of these to drop in m+ in any dungeon. This has a much higher chance to drop. So I would get it there or at your friend the AH.

Don’t forget that recipes are not region-wide like trade materials are, so if you’re looking for a specific recipe, you can use the undermine.exchange website to see the lowest price available in the region, make an allied race alt there, and purchase it using your warbank. Could save some gold!
