I mean of course it’s going to be highly similar to normal but at least in Arathi you got the random boss battle that you had to fight at your base which could cause your team to loss the whole thing. We got none of that in Darkshore because it’s literally the same thing as normal just at a faster pace.

Just like they time gated warfronts at the start of BFA as “content” when we all saw in beta there was no reason to time gate warfronts lol.
Ya it’s not very exciting tbh. Now, there’s a boss who endlessly stun locks you. Or Maiev’s adds can kill you if you bump into 2.
If I had started now, rather than played Darkshore WF since it was out, I might like it a bit more. It’s kind of cool the first time around, and now the pace is faster…and the loot potentially worthwhile.
Easy to see why they didn’t bother with a 3rd, tbh. I don’t rush to them like I do world bosses. It’s more of an “okay, let’s get this over with.”
If it was PvP, even played similarly, I think it’d be far more interesting… Add a real challenge for everyone! Race the enemy faction.
Just put the heroic 460 on a weekly CD…there ya go. Would limit that gear to make the raiders happy I guess.
At this point all I want is the currency to get the NE themed cat mount.
And 15 minutes later I am done for this week. Sucks really.
Work on 7 th paragon after that. Maybe spam Arathi but why ? Woohoo 1 whole currency. Don’t spend it all in one place now…
They gave up on the concept of Heroic Warfronts before we even got Arathi’s.
They’re just buffed up to match the current patch ilvl. That’s it. They could be in the queue still and it would be fine.

I actually thought warfronts were PvP when the Beta for BFA started. I’m just that dumb.
They could do that which would be logical. But Blizz hasn’t put much thought into time/reward ratios for most of the content they have put into BFA.
It seems to me that Blizz is struggling to understand why players play in large blocks of time rather than daily consistent log ins.
Most players play in large chunks Mon/Tues or the weekend. The players that play daily are in a minority (eg me).
Blizz needs to lift restrictions for players that play in large chunks in short periods of time instead of designign content around daily log ins.
I thought heroic Arathi was. I liked having to run back to the base to save it from the attacking boss. Plus I though that darkshore was the better if the two normal Warfronts. I was hoping for a little something but oh well.
