The heroic dailies in Dalaran seem off. its been doing nothing but cycling between Halls of Stone (ew), Utgarde Keep, or Culling or Stratholme, for the better part of a week now. there was a slight break in this with Oculus yesterday but this doesn’t seem normal.

there is a large enough sample size in which that it should be cycling through most of the heroics. and it just hasn’t been.
I shouldn’t be seeing 3 cullings in a row, or 4 Halls of stone, something isn’t right.

Double Violet Hold isn’t a thing theres only four possible normal dailies you can get which are:
Halls of Lightning
Culling of Stratholme
Occulus
Utgarde Pinnacle

the pool for this is pretty straightforward. it just seems like pool and dungeon selection for heroics isn’t working as it should be.

I don’t know if it’s broken… I was thinking the same thing today and questie only lists 4 possible quests.
It is really really annoying though, I’m abysmally sick of the occulus.

Yeah it’s awful for sure.
The four dungeons you can get is for the normal dungeon daily, because only those 4 are considered lvl 80 normal dungeons. Because it would be dumb to send lvl 80 toons into normal UK
The heroic daily selection can be any of the northrend heroics, as they are all tuned for lvl 80 characters
I believe the heroic dailies are different on each server each day. Grobb had a back to back Gundrak a few days ago and just had Loken in Halls of Lightning today.
“Random” means there can be repeats.
I’ve had 6 halloween masks, only 3 uniques (3 dupes) out of 20. Significantly less likely than only getting some of the heroics over the course of a week.
Okay and? The masks arent required for the meta, nor are they a time limited feat of strength
And yes there is always a chance for repeats but it shouldnt be this extensive. We shouldnt be seeing the same heroic dailies more times than anything else that leads me to believe the distribution chances are skewed
You’re looking at the normal dungeon dailies. It’s rotating between the same 4 because those are the only options for normal level 80 dungeons. The normal dailies ask you to kill specific mobs in a dungeon, the heroic dailes ask you to kill the end boss of a dungeon.
they need to add more daily normal dungeon quests. The same 4 is really boring and 2 of them are the worst ones. (OCCULUS, CULLING)

on Eranikus we have had Culling of Stratholme, Utgarde Keep, Oculus twice, and Halls of Stone.
Culling four times
Utgarde Keep three times
Halls of Stone three times
Oculus Twice
thats just over this small period I am aware the normal dailies only have a pool of four to choose from that isn’t the issue. the issue is the heroics, and the fact they seem to keep choosing from the same three to four daily. making the achievement impossible to do
As a tank I wish it would be AN every day. LFG for AN is literally 10 tanks and 10 plate dps trying to swipe the trinket.
Can’t be worse than fishing dailies. Disarmed every single day. Haven’t seen Jewel of the Sewers yet

Gear mostly, normal Co’s has a bis trinket for healers, and personally I used the defense trinket from normal HoL to cover my defense cap until I got repelling charge from naxx.
