When the parasites come out my screen turns into a slideshow.

Things that have not worked:
Making sure I have the latest drivers from my 4060 TI Nvidia
In wow. under options, graphics, graphics quality, setting the slider all the way to the left
Disabling all add on’s
Restating computer
Restarting wow

Any thoughts / suggestions or (fingers crossed) maybe other reports of parasites causing this on this fight?

Mine isn’t quite this bad, but I - and several people in my raid - had to turn the graphics down for a smooth experience. No other bosses in Nerub-ar Palace seem to have this issue.
