Heroes Rest is bugged, and if you can not complete it due to things not appearing and you drop it, you can no longer re accept the quest as the scroll on the wall disappears and doesn’t reappear making the Lore Master unobtainable
it’s just a breadcrumb quest… it shouldn’t have any impact on your ability to obtain Loremaster.
It did! they have removed it from the requirements of sojourner of bastion because it was too buggy!
