Hero Classes need unique forms

Firstly I want to take us back to Legion, with the introduction of Mage Tower bringing truly unique and amazing forms for specs was amazing.

I absolutely loved seeing players just literally roaming the city or even in dungeons and raids with these pleasing behemoths of forms that made each individual spec look great.

I personally feel Hero Specs was a huge miss of an opportunity to bring back an aesthetic touch to each Hero Spec. Not only for the atheistic but also a distinct way to tell each hero spec apart.

Example - Wildstalker for Feral/Resto unlocks a Saberon Form (updated) easy to identify visually, if I see a Druid in the World rocking this as dps or healer instantly I can say that’s a Wildstalker Druid. This is all by choice they can still use older forms if they choose too from the Barbershop.

Some Hero Specs already have this aesthetic to differentiate them from one another, a great example is Discipline Priest as Oracle with the glowing eyes and third eye type shindig.

I just hoped that in future, Hero Specs may get the same treatment make them locked behind Hero Specs and when the expansion becomes irrelevant as it eventually will, just open them up to be class wide options at the Barbershop.

Do you agree? I just think they could of done so much more then what we received, not only to just Druids I feel like a lot of classes aswell could of gotten more.

I’d love to see a Glyph of the Sun, an opposite to Glyph of Stars, where our Moonkin form takes on a more Sunny/Fiery appearance! I think that would be rather cool!

I was really hoping keeper would give resto an updated ancient model for incarn, instead its a mediocre pvp talent and we’re stuck with the broccoli from wrath.

A new Tree of Life form would be nice too. Yep yep. Blizz is slacking with their customization options, even for Glyphs.

Agreed.

I was really expecting a custom werebear with Chosen of Elune (Guardian) and Druid of the Claw (Guardian)

Was SUPER disappointed they don’t do anything. They don’t even give you an eye glow or anything.

Guardian Druid feels really left out. All these specs get cool new visuals and we’re just sitting there in bear form like woo moonfire!

Imagine a white werebear with glowing purple/blue moon tattoos, a glowing moon crest on its head with glowing eyes, AND glowing claws. How cool would that have been?

Such a huge missed opportunity. The art team carries this entire company and sometimes it feels like they’re just not allowed to have fun with things

Give me “glyph of subtle starlight” too. Makes it so your character looks like it does out of form. Perhaps with some small sprinkling/falling stars effect and a more subtle lunar glow.

I’m so tired of looking electric blue.

Yes, orange Glyph of Star should 100% be a thing. I’d also like to see Glyph of Shadow like versions – imagine starry blue or orange swirling (like void effects but using lunar and solar coloring) 2d effects on the character/armor (3d tracing post-Legion effects!) that lets us actually see our character customization and armor and no longer have to be semi-translucent. Could retain the starry effects overhead, or even add some crescent (though various abilities already create plenty of these over-head effects).

I’d have also loved to see Red versions, but for that we should’ve gotten a Druid of the Nightmare Hero talent tree. One day

Sorry, I didn’t see you commented this right before me. We always come up with similar ideas :dracthyr_blob_dance_animated: I love this, yes. Let’s make it happen by posting in-game suggestions. It seems appropriate to add for a hopefully Midnight rework :dracthyr_a1:
