I don’t understand, nearly all if not all Allied races have some heritage weapons, is there a reason they have not yet been implemented? Perhaps some intricate unlock in 8.3 I hope? The two linked above are absolutely amazing for dark iron dwarf, and I’ve been waiting whole expansion but so far no info.

It WOULD be nice to see heritage weapons. There are some HA/class combos I can’t seem to find matching weapons for.
Because for some make-up arbitrary reason which we know what’s the real reason, they like us to work for those ‘rewards’.
Kinda like how our Felguard matching weapon Blood Guard’s Tooth and Wrathguard matching weapon Wrathblade finally hits live after long periods of hyping.
How to get it? Why, simply:
1, grab a 2H using friend if you have one,
2, finish the timed invasion which might be inconvenient for your time slot,
3, pray it drops for your friend based on RNG, and
4, hopefully he/she is generous enough to pass you said weapon.
Why this lengthy and ‘socially encouraging’ process? Because 2H weapons are not part of warlock’s personal loot rule.

I have a pretty hard time finding a good weapon that holds up in 2019 to match my BE heritage armor.
They haven’t given us the different colorations of our armor sets either. Lightforged had three. I earned the armor set, all excited, and then had that coloration taken off of me, because it wasn’t the one displayed for them. And I really wanted the purple version, too.
Mag’har got three sets. Why couldn’t the rest of us get the different colorations we wanted— or originally had?
I haven’t gotten the heritage armor since. I’m too bitter.
I think it’s just the Nightborne, Dark Irons, and Void elves missing their weapons. About half.
I think the weapons and other colorations need to be added. I’d even be ok with paying for them at a quartermaster so long as they were made available to us.
And I hate the fact that Lightforged Draenei had their armor changed. They removed the superior version in my opinion.
This should be a thing.
Captain America holds nothing but a shield and dishes out roundhouse kicks, leg sweeps, haymakers and choke holds. Pandaren could totally do this.
I think that’s just too much work for them tbh. Because the game have such a variety of weapons, they would need to do at least 1 version of each unique type: a heritage design weapon for 2h, one for 1h, one bow/gun, one staff and etc.otherwise people would complain about that. And you would have to make that for all races in the game, too much for too little tbh
They’re already made for dark iron dwarves, and from what I hear, nightborne too. I mean it’s better than just keeping them in “storage” forever.
They made a 1h weapon and a shield, they would have to make weapons for their paladins, their priests, rogues etc. I can see this whole heritage weapon happening, but it’ll take a very long time, they’ll probably release it after all heritage armors are done.
Still looking for a good weapon mog that goes with the frost wolf clan heritage set for my Mag’har orc hunter, and warrior. The honorbound weps seem to mog well with the other two, but the frostwolves nope.
There was 2h hammer too for dark irons. All looking real epic, shame they might never get into the game.
They don’t have to do EVERY weapon cover. just cover a few things that fit the race. DIDs dont need a bow, a gun will do.
Staff = Polearm. No swords or axes, just hammers, ect.

Man, you know they’ll be keeping that ace up their sleeve until they really need to drop a tasty morsel on us. My guess is once all the races have a heritage set they’ll do another mage tower type thing.
i’m not opposed to this idea and could potentially bring some really nice Transmogs to bear…that being said…some of us are still waiting on the heritage armor…so would be nice to see them finish that before moving on to weapons. just my 2 cents
