Alleria not present to turn quest in to. Not surprising because of all the changes to Telogrus this patch

same, i cant see alleria, If you find a way to fix it, you would do me a big favor by telling me.

I will be sure to do so. My current plan is to level to max and do the new quest on said void elf.
Can confirm, this is currently happening for me as well.
Adding my voice to the ones who are not able to complete this quest due to this bug.
I just hit 50 Void Elf. I have the quest, too. No Alleria Windrunner at Rift. Tried logging out, changing timelines. Nothing. Kind of a huge disappointment. Race changed my main to a Void Elf so never could get it. Leveled something to unlock it and I can’t despite having the quest.

Same issue. Relogged, changed timeline; no effect.

Same here. Just leveled a void elf to 50 but Aelleria is not present.

I just got level 70 and completed the emissary mission, I still can’t find Alleria, I hate this, all I can think about is this armor
I faction changed to a void elf and i jssut did the quest you might want to see if its fixed now
what level was the character you changed the faction of?
I just faction changed my horde mage lvl 60 that I’ve leveled previously to void elf. Was able to see alleria and turn in the quest on the mage but still can’t see on my lvl 50 velf. Only way it worked for me.
I’m in the same boat as many others, and so is my fiance. We were inspired to make Void Elves after the recent questline, and we’re really looking forward to having the heritage armor; we even tried just about everything we could think of, short of a faction change, to try and get it to work.
I know there have been a lot of bugs in need of fixing since the patch released, but the fact that anyone has had to faction change just to get this quest turned in is particularly terrible, so I’m really hoping this gets addressed soon!
Came here directly after trying to turn the quest in 
Submitted a bug report, hopefully they’ll fix it soon.
I completed it today, create trial void elf, he gets the quest too bcuz its account unlock, alleria is there, complete quest and again, account unlock… delete class trial

Both my gf and I have tried to relog/abandon quest and log back in etc. Nothing is working. She is definitely swallowed up by the void. Alleria lost control. (JK) But yeah…
