Blizz also mentioned that we’d be able to mog common-quality gear in DF-- yet not a peep about it since that initial post several months ago. Then there was the blue post about how they planned to fix WoD professions in an upcoming patch-- that was 2 years ago. Ion also said the lack of communication with druids was unacceptable and to look forward to an update soon™…but apparently forgot that guardians were part of the druid class…or that they even exist, for the most part.
Long story short, take what they say with a grain of salt.

We did get something, another armor set for blood elves and another set for iron dwarves and nothing for races that didn’t get heritage armor set yet.

Blood elves and iron dwarves shouldn’t have received a second set when other races don’t have theirs yet. It should of been orcs and humans next on the list, we are the main races of the game.

I wish my Dark Iron’s heritage armor looked better. Not really a fan of it. The Bronzebeard’s is incredible though.

i like dark iron but it’s a bit hard to mix and match with it the way you can with the bronzebeard off-pieces, that fur belt alone is 12/10
I wouldn’t change a thing about the Bronzebeard set. It literally couldn’t be better. Choose a decently matching weapon and back piece and you’re good to go.

Dark Iron didn’t receive a 2nd set.
Some weapons were made available, like Nightborn got earlier.
It’s so hard to not indulge in meme-ing Blizzard as “smol indie-company” when I see these missing things (you can put more customization options on the list) and then realize, that even the upcoming expansion content will be quite rushed from what I’ve witnessed in beta. How little manpower is there actually when one can’t even expect this company to finish a game anymore and doesn’t even have time for some extras?

if anything i’d like blizzard to release assets that are already in the game more often: heritage recolors aside, Kul Tiras and Suramar and Zandalar are all full of colorful and amazing NPC outfits that could make for great cosmetics. idk why they dont do that sort of thing regularly

There’s about 2 metric ton of armor recolors in the game file that simply aren’t attached to player based items, on top of missing pieces for some sets (Rogue boots from Mythic antorus hello ?).
Probably take an intern a day to set up a vendor in a Goblin city somewhere with all this missing stuff.
