This is very nice if all classes get access to glaives.
I wonder if devs are lifting some restrictions for warglaives too?

About time, it only makes sense lore-wise, as glaives didn’t originate with DHs, they started out as a weapon in-universe anybody could use with a few obvious exceptions.

I very much agree. Warriors are entirely capable of using glaives, and I believe the Sentinels are Arms warriors, yet there is an arbitrary restriction preventing us from using glaives as warriors.

Not just Warriors; Sentinels also include: Priests, Hunters, Rogues, and most other classes not race specific like Monks or DHs. One thing that would also be more lore abiding would be letting Priests use bows/guns, as this is the preferred weapon for Sentinel Priests for cover fire.

I like this suggestion simply because Priests would finally use their weapons in combat!

It does seem odd that my alt actually has the original ones but can’t mog them like DH’s can.

Considering Priests heal through damage, some kind of auto-atk in the middle might help with that playstyle. Wands could be used too.
