Anyone know why blizzard gave up on giving all the remaining races the heritage armor like they did give some of the other races like goblins and dwarves and stuff ? I mean there aren’t any for humans or anything ?

My hope is they’re just waiting until they need some filler for SL patches…

It has occasionally been argued that the guard sets from WoD are already human and orc heritage amour. I don’t subscribe to that, but I’d expect them to be the last to get them.

Most of the heritage armor sets were released back in 2018 and 2019; the most recent ones came out in Jan 2020, over a year ago. I’m beginning to wonder if the people working on that got laid off.
I think it will take a while mostly because I suspect the Heritage Armour we got, at least the first set for core races, was actually repurposed from the defunct Warfronts that were planned and then cancelled. It’s why there’s also some weapons floating around, like the Blood Elf shields and polearms the guards now use.
The two Warfronts that were supposedly planned but then cancelled were a Barrens one and a Silvermoon one. Barrens would have been Tauren versus Dwarves, and by proxy Gnomes, and Silvermoon would have of course been Blood Elves… and which four core races got their Heritage Armour first? Those four. Another clue is Liadrin’s new weapons, which don’t match her armour at all but look brand new, and are likely also leftover from the Warfront.
Also likely why it took so long for them to get Goblin and Worgen heritage armours out. I feel bad for the art team, honestly, it seems they’re completely at the mercy of the gameplay team and their whims.
