Heritage Armor?

With Bliz expanding the Heritage Armor (HA) to possible all races, I am wondering how exactly does it work. It says that you to get a HA you need to grow the toon from the bottom to the top without boosts. Ok.

How about race changes or even faction changes. If started a toon as a Night Elf, and then switched to Human before getting to 120, will I get NE HA? What if I switch my human back to NE? Or does any race switch invalidate the option?

How about faction changes? Name changes? Any of that matters, and how exactly does it work?

Thanks for any answers.
Allied Races you have to level from 20-110.

Non-Allied races (e.g. Dwarves and Belves) it has been announced that you need to be exalted with your racial faction (I'd assume on that character, so your Dwarf is the character that needs to be exalted with Ironforge, for example) and do a questline/scenario.

Other than that we don't know the details yet, because only Allied Race heritage armor is actually in the game.
as far as we know heritage armor for preexisting races will be tied to a quest chain or a scenario or both. there is not further information about them.
So in prep;
get exalted with your own kind,
get to lvl 120,
get your ilvl up so you can ace the scenario.

get to lvl 120,

This too, you probably will need to be 120 to do the scenario. And having gear will likely make it easier.
Oh, there is no info yet. Check.

But - has anybody tried it with Allied Races? Started a Void Elf, the switched to Human? Does this get you Heritage Armor? If not, what if you switch back to VE at max level?

Race changes to an Allied race have a warning that say "Doing this race change will make this character unable to earn Heritage Armor"

I know this because I have a LFD paladin that used to be a normal Draenei and a Highmountain Tauren warrior who used to be a belf.
Oh, ok, thanks. Bummer.
