The Highmountain back piece needs to be removed from the chest piece and made into a back piece.

Yes, high mountain and void elves. In fact every race should get a unique back piece.

Also, the Nightborne heritage armor has a chin adornment that’s attached to the chest piece, so if you want to wear the chest piece, you have to accept the ugly chin adornment that comes with it.
