So I did the two things I was supposed to do so I can get the Blood Elf heritage armor quest, yet the Blood Elf ambassador is not in ogrimmar, can anyone tell me what the hell is going on? Because I worked hard to meet the requirements and it makes virtually no sense why I didn’t get the quest.

You have to change to blue eyes.

unless you are posting on a different character, you haven’t reached level 50 yet, which is required for heritage armor.

I did reach 50, the forum just hasn’t updated it yet.
Oh word, I guess give it time or open a ticket. I have no clue then other than not exalted with Silvermoon, but you said you had all requirements.
I do, I’m exalted with Silvermoon, just like the game wanted me to be.
Bugged. Relog and/or contact support.
I figured out what was going on, apparently I was being an idiot and didn’t care to check in front of the Ogrimmar embassy.

I just happen to find this post… I could not figure it out either and would have left my ticket in. This quest line is very poorly done and not even wowhead has it all right…

God, this post is a trip down memory lane, I was a different person then. I agree with you, although it was unique going through parts of the Blood Elf story from Warcraft 3 through visions in this quest, it definitely could’ve been done better, I had to get a level boost for my character here because the shadowlands squish made my gear all weak, and I couldn’t defeat a mere miniboss without getting killed in less than a minute.
Im gonna bump this again. Does it still require max level (now 70?) or can it be triggered sooner? just finished exalted grinding with Silvermoon and Ambassador Dawnsworn is nowhere to be found around the Embassy.
I don’t know if you still need help, but yes, it does require max level, that’s how it’s always been.
