- Grab your Reflecting Prism and Projection Prism(quality 3 version for longer duration).
- Queue up follower dungeon.
- Once you’re in, switch to whatever form you prefer and target any AI teammate.
- Use the Reflecting Prism followed by the Projection Prism on the same target.
- Boom! You’ve just unlocked a 30-minute humanoid form mode as long as you don’t die!

Or just use a bluberry cupcake and unlock gigavoker from.
Spitting straight fire facts here.
Pretty genius actually. Ironically slightly less janky looking than a normal costume because the visage does have some animations for hover
You, my friend, are an absolute legend.
Engineering toy unlocks random humanoid appearance for 1hour.
These work arounds is not a good reason to keep visage locked.
Somewhat unrelated: i’d really like to see new visage forms for Dracthyr. Dragons canonically can shapeshift into any humanoid form even without the horns our dracthyr have. It would make unlocking new races more exciting.
Sad update. The reflecting prism seems to have been removed from the game.
looks reallly weird but I guess that’s what people wants not playing as a dragon with a dragon race
I would really love to have this question answered by bliz. Do they not want us to have permeanant visage form by principal? To the point that, if there were a way in game of achieving visage form in combat, they would deliberately remove it?
Or is it just something that is of no significance to them and they don’t see it as a priority to impliment due to having far more significant things to work on?
Genuine question. Please answer if anyone knows.
For Evoker? They probably fully intend on it being a form you switch to in combat, and I completely understand that and agree with it.
There are typically multiple ways to stay out of a given intended “form” while in combat. Various toys while shapeshifted have been a thing for Druids for years now.
I understand this. And of course they are bringing in the scrolls too. What I really wanted to know was whether, if there was a way of remaining permeanantly in visage form in combat, with your transmog and appearance choices, with no toys or consumables, would bliz want to remove it.
Since Blizzard has added no such function (outside of refusing to use most of your kit, I guess?) I would assume they would fix that if somebody found an error like that.
I was vocal at the beginning of DF about using Visage in combat completely, but I changed my mind about it over time, lol.
Yikes, imagine wanting to remove something that has absolutely no negative impact on anyone and brings many players a great deal of joy. It makes me so sad to hear that people think bliz might do this.
What if, rather than being an ‘error,’ it was just a secret in keeping with evoker magic that WAS added by a sneaky legend bliz developer?
Dunno about many players, unless you’re implying such an error does exist that is not created via toys or other similar methods.
Why? It’s Blizzard’s intention for Evoker to typically remain in their drakonid form while fighting. There are valid reasons for keeping the drakonid form as Evoker’s primary combat form.
Or they could not waste time doing this, and do something more important instead.
