Picked this item up from an AV quest on my Paladin on WOTLK. Added Fiery enchant to it. I have been using it since I got it and have random disconnects in combat when equipped. This doesnt happen when I switch to my sword.
Throwing it out there that the item may be bugged. Reset the game, reloaded, etc, still does it.
