Here's a map of Azeroth of what it could have been in 1999

Based EK races <3 we have so much more land.

Very cool.

(Also holy crap I was in single digits irl back then )

Just imagine, going to Kalimdor, and taking 5 mins to RP walk the entire border of it. Incredible. Let’s get this added to the list of classic variations.

So Metzen warned us about The Maw all the way back in 1999. How could we have been so blind.

It was their plan all along

Noooo you say it ain’t so

Interesting…

The blue flags seem to be Alliance. H for Human, D for Dwarf, HE for High Elf…
The green flags seem to be Horde for some reason. O for Orc, T for Troll, G for Goblin, NE for Night Elf…
The red flags seem to be hostile forces, mostly U for Undead which I imagine is for the Scourge.

Ulduar was originally it’s own landmass, interesting… I wonder if the idea was that was the continent of the Titans’ creations.

Thank you for posting it. I always enjoy seeing historic little tidbits like that.

:cupcake: :cupcake: :cupcake: for you!

Dang that’s ooold

Blasted Lands in…Northrend? Yet another deviation WoW made from this map. Along with Kul Tiras being the size of a nickel compared to EK and practically surrounded by it.
