If you move between Dragonflight Herbalism nodes and War Within nodes, you will receive the Dragonflight profession items and be capped on the additional skill knowledge items received.
War Within does not have a cap to receive these when herbing.
To recreate the steps:
- Herb nodes in Dragonflight
- Continue herbing nodes in War Within and receive the Dragonflight skill knowledge items
- Proceed to herb in War Within
You will no longer receive skill knowledge items as bonus loot.
I’ve logged out/logged in/swapped characters and there is no change. I think I’m capped via Dragonflight’s herbalism skill knowledge weekly cap.
