Am trying to max out Legion herbing and am stuck on finding the “teeny bite mark” quest. Have been gathering Foxflower and now have over 800 of them but can’t find that dang one with teeny bite marks. ANY SUGGESTIONS welcome and greatly appreciated.

After gathering all over highmountain i reread the quest tag found the nibbled flowers by the bears in witchwood. Afterwards went back and completed part 2 there as well.
