I cant find the fine herb button anywhere and herbs are not appearing on MiniMap

Same here. Figure it out yet?
Just had the same issue with mining nodes. Was in the middle of mining, leveled up, and couldn’t find nodes on the map. I submitted a bug report in game.
I finally found out, the ore tracking got unticked (how no idea, something must have bugged when I leveled). Click on tracking on the upper left (meteor looking icon—to me anyway) of the minimap. Check to see if the tracking for herbs got unticked.

Still not working as of today. Herbs seems to be the only one. All my other professions track fine. Clicking Tracking on and off does nothing.

top right of the map not bottom left like we were told nex to name of the location you are in
