Claimed my gift from the sub, still no mount.
See lots of people riding it, see it in the classic shop.
When i try to buy it, it says I own it.
Still not in my collection.
Have you checked the filters in your Mount Journal?
Also, once claimed, it will show up as a present in the Mount Journal and need to be unwrapped.
Yea, I have checked. I have the pet, not the mount.
I questioned if the mount was maybe not in classic mop but I see alot still on it aswell as it being in the shop in the classic section.
The mount gift from the sub is for Retail. You can purchase it for Classic from the Shop.

I have the mount claimed on Retail and it does not show up as learned in Classic.
