I would take a hard pass. I like Cavil a lot but I do not see a WoW series being accurate and faithful. I have doubt they would do the same for Warhammer even if Cavil was at the head of production due to who owns the IP and studios inability to actually pay for great writing. I do not even look forward to his upcoming remake of The Highlander because of that.

Keeping an Arthas story rigidly lore accurate would be a monumental feat needing 500 episodes. Not enough consumers want that. Not enough consumers are going to deal with the slow episodes.
When Hollywood streamlines a story, they are doing it because that is what people will watch. They look at the number of lore enthusiasts. See that it isnt enough to sustain a higher budget show. So they want to appeal to enough people to do so.

Oh is that why The Witcher kept losing viewers every single season nearly bottoming out with this last one…is that why Disney keeps getting sued by its own shareholders every time they are caught lying about how Star Wars is dying and the shows are not being watched by 50% the amount they claim? Its clear fans are getting sick of lore being disrespected. Or why Amazon had to do the same with Rings of Power…because fans got sick of lore being changed and low level writing? How many more times will it take for statements like yours and views by Hollywood going to be proven wrong before it stops?
If a thing exists and is popular enough to be made into a show/movie…dont EFF with it because its already popular…I mean, WHO are you making it for anyway?

And these actors are all ok with signing up for a 10 year commitment.
