Outside the door step there are flowers and cards. Love struck and immovable he stands outside your house.

And anyway, 1) I call the complex management – they’re generally useless jerks, but this kind of thing could get back to corporate, and corporate would be displeased
2) I call the cops
3) Additionally, I sit back and wait for my neighbor “Elvira Gulch” (the Kansas identity of the Wicked Witch of the West) to call management and/or the cops
If he’s on your property tell him to leave. If he refuses he’s trespassing which is a misdemeanor in most states and the police will gladly assist you.
