All of sudden I find that I have this World Quest on my log. I don’t remember having accepted it. I can’t abandon it. I found out from Wowhead that it comes from Provisioner Fray, and it is a Leatherworking quest. But I can’t find any info on how I go about procuring/purchasing/looting this item (I need 3 of them).
Any tip and/or clarification would be welcome.
World quests are tied to a specific location, and will enter your quest log when you’re in the right area for it. In the case of the Shimmerscale Diving Suit one, that should be one tied specifically to the location of Boralus.
You don’t need to complete it, but if you are not a Leatherworker, you can purchase the items in question from the auction house and turn them in.
Personally, I tend to simply ignore any WQ that I’m not interested in completing.
