So I did the 120 boost and completed every orange quest. Now when I open map I have nothing at the top that I need to do. I have not done Drustovar, Tiragarde Sound or Stormsong Valley yet, are they needed if I did the 120 boost? Do any of those quests provide faction for allied races?
Also, I can’t figure out if I have started the cloak quest or not or where I am on it… any way of knowing?
If you have not done so, get the quest “send the fleet” and go to Nazjatar. At least that’s what it’s called on horde. Do the story quests until magni shows up in Nazjatar and gives you a quest to go to chamber of heart. Do all the magni/mother quests until you unlock neck essences. Then you will be able to get the cloak quest.
Looking at your profile, you’ve unlocked essences, so that means that the cloak quest should be open to you. The starter quest for it should have popped up on your next trip to Boralas after unlocking essences.
The quest chain takes you through Uldum, the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, and the Heart Chamber. If you don’t have any quests for it, check the world map in those zones (and Boralas and Stormwind) and look for an “!” That will point you towards important quest starters.

If you sign up for a wowhead account, you can use the profiler to “pin” your character. Once you’ve done that, when you mouse over a quest link (such as in the linked guide) you can see if the pinned character(s) have done the quests.
For the Alliance allied races, you’ll need Proudmoore Admiralty rep (Tirigarde Sound) for Kul Tirans, and 7th Legion rep (War Campaign) for the Dark Iron Dwarves. You’ll also need to complete the War Campaign quests. (Up to “Ready for War” for Dark Irons and “Tides of Vengeance” for Kul Tirans.) For the Kul Tirans, you’ll also need to do “The Pride of Kul Tiras” and “A Nation Divided” storylines which will require you to have done the Kul Tiran loremaster achievement before they open up. (So, if it’s your first character, that means doing the main quests in all 3 zones.)

So it is my first toon and I boosted to 120… so when you say “main quests” I am not sure in each of the three zones what that is referring to. How do I know what a main quest is and not?

Unfortunately, right now there’s no in game way to tell which quests are main story quests and which are side quests. (Going forward in Shadowlands, they’ve addressed this by using a different icon for main story quests, but that doesn’t help you for BfA.)
If you look up the achievements in WoWhead, and then click on the individual criteria, there are often useful comments on which quests need to be completed for that part.
So, the Tirigare Sound achievement “A Sound Plan” has it’s criterea listed at the top. If you look at the page for “Under Their Noses” there are some user comments with which quests are required.
However, as a reasonably geared 120 you may find that to be more effort than just following the quests where they lead you and not worrying about accidentally doing some side quests. (They are often more useful if you appear to run out of quests in a zone to find out where you need to pick up again.) Heck, and those side quest are often worth rep, so useful to do anyhow if you want to unlock flying.
Thank you so much… One last question, how exactly do i “pin” my toon into wowhead like you said? I have looked EVERYWHERE on the site and cant find it.,. I did upgrade to premium.
From the “Tools” menu at the top of the site, choose Profiler, then Look Up Profile. Look up the character your interested in. At the top of the Profile area, there’s a row of icon buttons, one of which is the “pin” button. (There’s also an “Update” button, which you should hit to make sure it has the most recent info on the character.)
