I am not very familiar with druids, and want to learn, and so rolled this one–a resto druid–and I am now leveling her. I just opted for “Soothe” which I know from running M+ is a great ability.
My problem is I have no idea when to use it and wonder if there is an addon or weakaura or something to tell you when to use this ability. Any help would be awesome!
just use everytime when an add or boss get the effect Rage. aslo work on warriors in pvp
You can tell if a mob is enraged when you see a frame with a thicker border around the engaging ability. This sits just below the targeted enemy’s raid frame.
There are visual cues in the game as the others mentioned, but yes there are WAs for it. I simply created my own WA that tracks it as a mob buff and gives me an audible & visual cue.
Whats it sound like?
DBM I know will give you an alert for enrage effects if you are playing on a druid.
I ask cuz I have played priest a lot, and you can use an addon that tells you when to erase certain buffs on enemies. It was really easy to get and see and do the dispels.
